Arts On Main

Toni Kagan, my sister, took the initiative on creating her own stall at a new market on Arts On Main in Johannesburg. She decided to sell delicious, creamy, tasty, decadent Salmon Bagels. She just had to get me involved so now its a partnership! We have been selling Salmon Bagels for about 5 weeks now and making a profit - not much but its worth it. 


Its a unique experience buying a Salmon Bagel at our Salmon Bagel stall, our customers become highly involved in their order and the whole process. Lets elaborate: 


Firstly, we have a variety of fresh boiled bagels to choose from. Whether you favour classic plain bagel, a daring and delicious onion bagel, a scrumptious olive bagel or for you health freaks health, whole-wheat and rye bagels.. mmmmm....
My best part of the Sunday is picking up the fresh hot bagels and the aroma wafts in my car!


Once you have chosen your bagel, you have a choice of fillings. Would you pick the creamy thick egg mayo, rocket and onion.... or treat yourself to thick cream cheese, Norwegian, Chillian, or Canadian Salmon, red onions, Green rocket and just to top it off some salty capers! 


We also customize these bagels to suite your needs! Not an onion fan, NO onions! Hate capers, what capers? more cream cheese and less rocket - you got it!
