So today didnt go very well at all!! probably because of a few reasons like the cold weather, the very expensive salmon, the generous amounts of expensive salmon that we put on the bagels... so we hardly broke even! Next weekend unfortunately the market on main is closed! but during the week i'll be working on a few things to make the following sunday bagels even more delicious and worth it!
Probably going to start toasting and warming up the bagels for winter, get a real name, new signs, the works! if any one has a few suggestions, lay it on me!
